5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final website design and custom code created specifically for the project. Falconix Digital retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Falconix Digital or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided by Falconix Digital.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
